You pay per exhibitor, and everything else is included
Our pricing fits right in with how organisers budget trade fairs. Users, tasks or anything else that grows on a busy show day do not change the price. Your whole team, your floor plans and the full period from build-up to dismantling are taken care of.
Two types of trade fair
Every exhibitor brings a stand to build, deliveries to plan and power and water to connect, and how much work that is depends on the stand. That's why our rate depends on the type of fair you run.
Every stand is an all-in prefab module.
Short, with your own stand builder putting up rows of similar modules.
Mostly your own team and your stand builder.
Extra sockets, furniture, signage, cleaning and a light that doesn't work.
Everything has to be ready at the same moment, and a hall full of identical stands makes “that one over there” useless.
One list of what's still open before the doors open, and a stand number on every task.
You also sell naked floor space, for exhibitors to build their own stands.
Longer, with a stand builder for nearly every exhibitor, plus decor, furniture and AV suppliers.
Dozens of stand builders and suppliers working for your exhibitors.
All of that, plus power, water and compressed air connections, hanging points, deliveries and safety checks on stands that are still being built.
Requests come in all day from exhibitors and their stand builders, and following every one through to the end is where things slip.
Every request on the floor plan with an owner, a status and a record, so you know what was done, when and by whom.
Everything is included, for the whole edition
You can use it from the first floor plan until the last truck has left, so build-up, show days and dismantling are all covered.
Your own staff, the service desk, technical services, security, cleaning and your suppliers can all join, and you choose who's in and what role they get. You pay per exhibitor, not per user, because the more of your team is on Expo Radar Pro, the more valuable it becomes.
We put your plans in the app with halls, stand numbers and zones, and we add every update along the way.
Every task is logged automatically, and you can export it all as a PDF in your own branding or as a full Excel.
If you have questions before or during your fair, you talk to us directly. No helpdesk, no ticket numbers.
Pricing questions
Why per exhibitor and not per user?
Because a user count punishes you for bringing people on board, and Expo Radar Pro works best when everyone on your floor uses it. The exhibitor count is a number you already know, and it grows with the work.
How do we know which type we are?
If everything you sell is an all-in module, your fair is modular. If you also sell naked floor space, it's custom, even if most of your stands are modules. If you're not sure, we'll work it out together in the first call.
We organise several trade fairs. How does that work?
Each fair is priced on its own exhibitor count and type, so a small regional fair costs what a small fair should. If you run a whole portfolio, we'd love to talk about how to roll it out across your fairs. Let's talk →
Do we have to commit to our whole portfolio?
No, not at all. You can start with one fair and decide on the rest later.
Who gets the invoice?
We invoice you, the organiser, and never your exhibitors. Whether you fold it into your stand prices is up to you.
Do you also work with festivals?
Yes, through Festival Radar Pro, which prices per festival. festivalradar.pro →
