Run your trade fair operations
according to plan
Real-time task management for trade fairs and exhibitions.
“Enough with the 1000 WhatsApp groups and communities. This is an interactive floor plan, planning tool, incident tool, reporting tool and so much more, in one clear app. Some of the best I've seen in the industry!”
From request to resolved in three easy steps
An exhibitor makes a request at your service desk, your desk pins it on the floor plan, picks a category and adds what's needed in seconds.
The desk assigns the task to a person or a whole team, like technical services or cleaning, and they get a push notification with the exact location and the details.
They fix it, add a note or a photo and mark it as resolved. The desk sees the change in real-time on the floor plan, and every step is on record automatically.
Get things fixed without chasing anyone
During build-up your halls fill up with stand builders, suppliers, technical services, cleaning and security, and your service desk is the one place where all their questions and requests land. From there it usually goes into a phone call, a WhatsApp group or a note on the desk, and that's where things get lost and nobody knows whether the power at a stand was ever connected. Expo Radar Pro puts every request on the map as a task, so your desk and everyone on your team can see who's on it and whether it's resolved.
Know who's doing what, at a glance
Every task shows up on your floor plan with its own status, so you see what's open, who's on it and what's stuck. Filter by person, team, hall or status. You assign and close them yourself, so you always have the last word.
How assigning works →
Everyone uses their own floor plan, but sees the same spot
Technical services work off the electricity and water layers, security uses the plan with the emergency exits and a temporary steward only knows the stand numbers. That's fine, because a pin dropped on one plan shows up on exactly the same spot on all the others.
How floor plans work →Everything on record
While your team gets on with the job, Expo Radar Pro logs a complete audit trail: who requested what, who picked it up, every status change with the exact time, the photos and the chat. Export it as a branded PDF or a full Excel for your debrief, the next edition, the venue, the insurer or the fire service.

Your floor team will ask why you didn't do this sooner
The people on the floor are the first to get it, because it makes their work easier. They no longer have to call the desk to ask which stand it was or dig through group chats to find out what's still open.
They can work more autonomously when tasks are assigned to their team. Onboarding takes a minute, because they join with a phone number and a code, in the app or straight in the browser.
“During my evening rounds I assigned a bunch of issues to the night crew and in the morning they were all resolved, with photo proof ✅”
“We assign production tasks to the whole Tech Team and the guys pick those up themselves. No micromanaging.”
Questions organisers ask
What about our radios?
Keep them, because they're often required and they're not going anywhere. But not everyone on your floor carries one, and a radio doesn't remember anything. Expo Radar Pro runs on the phone everyone already uses and keeps track of the where, the who and the what, so nothing gets lost when the channel goes quiet.
Will temporary staff and suppliers actually use it?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use this. They join with a phone number and a code, and they have your searchable floor plan in their pocket. That helps most with stewards and temporary staff who work one or two show days and don't know your halls by heart.
Can we use our own floor plans?
Yes, that's the point! Whether it's the hall plan you send to exhibitors, a technical drawing or the electricity and water plan, Expo Radar Pro supports several halls and floors and a different layout per day, and everyone sees the layer they prefer. We put your plans in for you, including stand numbers and zones.
Can exhibitors raise requests themselves?
Exhibitor requests usually come in through your service desk, often with something to pay first. Your desk enters them in Expo Radar Pro and assigns them, so you stay in control of what gets done and what gets billed. If you'd like it to work differently, we're happy to discuss that. Let's talk →
Can the venue's technical team or our security company join?
Yes, either as their own team with their own manager or as guests who read along.
What does it cost?
We charge per exhibitor, per edition, and the rate depends on whether your fair is fully modular or sells custom stands. Your whole team and everything else is included. How we price →
Do you also work with festivals?
Yes, with Festival Radar Pro, which is where all of this started. festivalradar.pro →
